The tape doesnt stick well at all. The tape comes off my skin and leaves the glue sticking to my skin.

Arrived on time and well packaged. A small scissors was thoughtfully added to the box. The tape works very well for my arch, especially when swimming. It peels well and painlessly & lasts for several days, even after getting wet. I learned about this tape at physical therapy. Now that I've "graduated", I needed to purchase some. I'm pleased

The only reason for 1 star is the scissors that came with it and the fact that it did stick well... several days as I expected...but something in the adhesive is super harsh on the skin and left me looking/feeling terrible...I've used KT tape for years with no reaction but a recent injury has me going thru so much of it I thought I'd try a cheaper option...never again. I'm hoping this rash it gave me goes away soon so I can get back to supporting my tennis elbow with a better tape. The taping support is what I've found to be most effective for me and I've been out of work for 2 months from this injury, scheduled to go back in 1 week and now I can not tape until my skin heals. NOT happy, I'll keep the scissors but the tape is going in the trash or repurposed for something else but never putting on my skin again. I included pictures of halfway thru the adhesive removal and then after showering it the rest of the way off...you can even see the wavy red lines in the shape of the adhesive. I had to soak in baby oil and massage it and slowly pull off under running water and then use baby oil soaked rag to scrub off the adhesive gum left behind.

Does not stay on very well. I had a professional PT person put mine on. It came off within two days. Even with using SurePrep

I thought it was a great deal, even the first day of using the tape. Just don't plan to get more than one day out of it. It removes easily leaves behind no sticky residue but it does peel off too easily and starts to stick to your clothing... I'm used to being able to leave it on for 3 or 4 days and this won't last more than 24 hours. But that may be why they give you five rolls at this price point because you're going to have to readhere everyday.

I don't know how we lived without this tape all these years?! This stuff is amazing. Once you get the hang of applying it to your skin it's like having a built-in brace. No more cumbersome, bulky braces with Velcro. It's a must for any medicine cabinet.

I got this tape to tape my heel and ankle after a bad break. It is super sticky, stretchy, and provides great support. Comes with a few rolls. I cut them into strips. Lasts a long time.

Bought because it is so much cheaper than the one I usually lose but love. I would return this but the policy says it must be unused. I could not know if it was effective unless I used it so I guess I'm stuck keeping it and have only this review as a recourse. Compared to other tapes I tried, it is very inferior. Too thin. Doesn't hold my knee in place as well as others. It comes off after one wearing if I wear it under athletic pants eg yoga pants, unlike my other brand. If I wear loose pants it will last maybe 1 day.It is water rresistent. I do not recommend.
