The protein percentage of the atta I received 50% is lower than 65% promised at back of atta packed in image. Charging more money for less proteins

Good product for making proper rotis
Even though a little bit more carbohydrates content compared to competitor products, this one is easy to roll into chapati or roti like wheat. Others products were not easy to roll. Rotis come out proper and taste good. This is the best I have used so far. 13 gm in 100 gm of atta is very less but not as less as competitors. But the important thing is you can make proper rotis like wheat atta
