Used it only once since it's a recent purchase, but the plastic coating on top seems to be cut up in a few places already since suitcases are generally handled cavalierly during flights. All in all the product could have been of better quality.

Skybag received in a damaged condition. I am not returning it only because I have no time to waste for that. The quality of the product is nowhere near my expectation. Sorry to put a negative comment on it. But it is my frank opinion.
