Whey protein isolate is the most complete forms of protein because it contains the greatest protein concentration coming in at 90-95%, while the rest of the whey protein powders range from 25-89% total protein content. Isolate contains the lowest level of lactose, so perfect for anyone that is lactose intolerant. Whey isolates tend to have a slightly cleaner taste, a more watery consistency, and are more expensive than whey concentrates.—————————---------———————————— PROS: ———-----————————————————————• This is 100% Whey Protein isolated.• I was offered the French Vanilla, which taste really good.• 4 flavors to chose from.• I purchased the 1.8LB but they also have a 5lb available.• I always make my shakes in a blender so mixability isn’t an issue for me but for the sake of this review, I mixed 2 scoops in a shaker cup with 8oz of Almond Milk & the mixablity was very good, which leads me to my next pro..• This is absolutely 100% instantized!• Did NOT bother my stomach whatsoever, so has Digestive Enzymes which is extremely important for me. I have used this several times now & not once has my stomach been all jerked up!• This is Ultra-Filtered & any top of the line Whey would make sure the Whey is carefully micro-filtered or Ultra-Filtered to remove any harmful bacteria. The Whey will pass through a special micro-filter & immediately after, bacteria & spores are separated. This process also separates any denatured (altered/cooked) whey proteins from undenatured proteins so that the result is a high quality whey protein rich in alpha-lactalbumin and beta-lactoglobulin (two special proteins found in whey that have immunological benefits) and low in fat. Why do I think this this important? As many of you know, I am not a fan of supplement companies not fully disclosing ALL their nutrients or listing them as a proprietary blend. I want to know exactly what I am putting into my body as should you! With that said, Whey protein is not one single protein, it is several different types. During the process of making a bucket of way, a lot of protein can be denatured which means it could lose a lot of different types of proteins—————————————---———————-— Final Assessment: ——————--———————————--————• So I am extremely impressed with this “Legion Whey Protein Powder”!!! They hit a home run with this product. The PROS I listed are amazing, to say the least & the CONS I listed are really no big deal-breakers at all! I am really did enjoy the taste of this french Vanilla.• I mentioned at the top of this review, I use and have used the best brand & I have to say, I still will never stray BUT, I will definitely add this one to my purchase list when I want to change things up.… it is that good & I NEVER said this about any others Whey Protein Brands & i’ve had some good ones.—————————————---———————-— Personal Note: —————————————---———————-—• Buying a respectable brand is actually extremely important because many companies are selling a container of Whey Protein Concentrate as isolate & unless you ran a analysis on it or really know your proteins, you probably wouldn't even know you were using a cheap form of WPC until you started gaining body fat, started feeling bloated, getting gas, etc., and not getting the results you wanted from using this stuff. You would be surprised at how many companies do this! You could have the most potent supplement ever created or found in nature, but if it tasted terrible, was hard to use or just leaves you feeling "blah", could you choke it down? Maybe, but for how long?My personal take on Legion Athletics Whey+ protein powder (in any flavor) is stellar for several reasons. It mixes so well that I have yet to get a glob or chunk of dusty powder in any well mixed serving. It helps me reach my protein macro goals much easier (and cheaper I might add) with less work and time than would be needed and required, especially in this busy world. And now, the caveat of it all, it tastes really good. I use Legion Whey+ to try and make other supplements that are good for me, but hard to swallow, palette able. Most of the flavors I could say are my favorite, but if I had to pick one to stick with forever it would be Vanilla. This flavor, strawberry-banana was good, and worth a try if you care for those flavors. I love mint chocolate but recently any chocolate, no matter how pure or made by whomever, I cannot eat. Very sad, but that is life and growing old things start to happen that make no sense. My allergy to eggs was a fun one to figure out.Anywho, bottom line; this is the protein powder for you if you need such a supplement. As a company, you cannot go wrong. Legion guarantees their products, no questions asked, I kid you not. I only called them once in 7 years and honestly, it was my fault and even said so, but they insisted and then rushed me out a new bottle of "Pulse" (a great pre-workout product). You cannot lose when dealing with Legion.

I am 100% completely satisfied with this product! I did not receive this for free. In fact, I never heard of Legion before. I had to do some intense homework and research which took approximately 2 weeks.I gathered information about different types of whey protein off the internet, talked to weight trainers and former body builders. I gathered enough information and started researching many different high quality whey protein powder products on the Internet. After two weeks, I decided on Legion Whey+Isolate Protein Powder, French Vanilla.It’s very satisfying and I no longer crave something sweet all day! Awesome! The flavor and consistency is perfect. I add almond milk, frozen strawberries, banana's and 1 tablespoon of black chia seeds. I used to love sugar, but now my body just doesn’t crave it anymore. Great product – very fulfilling for a long time! I would like to thank Legion for disclosing all the information on their website. I never had to email Legion any questions. Some brands I had an interest in, but did not disclose certain important information on their website and I had to email my questions. That made me distrust those brands that did not reveal detailed information and ingredients on their website.The decision to purchase this particular product was not easy one bit! Again, I did another intense research on only high quality whey protein products. Once I knew that this product checked everything off my list, I was confident about my decision. I still waited a few days until I ordered it because I wanted to make sure I wasn’t hasty in my final decision and then I re-examined this product before I placed my order.If this protein powder is going to be my 2 meals (plus food) every day in my body, I’m not going to short change my body using poor quality protein powder. This protein powder is worth every penny and time I spent on educating myself about different qualities of whey protein powder.My final decision was based on Legion's website which explained all the ingredients and how it is processed. The website thoroughly educated me on what I am exactly buying. The second half of my decision was based on the reviews from Amazon’s website for this particular product. I became convinced that this product far surpasses all the other products based on my personal needs.
