First of all, it was packaged very well! There were no issues with any of the parts. It does come in two boxes, and the larger one is quite heavy. You will need a large area to unbox and separate parts. Each part was numbered, so it made following the directions very easy. It did take a few hours to put together, but I worked very slowly for fear of doing something incorrectly and having to start over. You will need an extra pair of hands to move it around while assembling unless you are fairly strong. The only step I was unsure about was attaching a metal rail to board #6. The metal piece has protruding pieces in one side, and the image wasn’t very clear. So if you’re assembling this, note that the protruding parts go against the wood, which means the metal bar is not attached flat to the wood. This part creates your rail for the sliding doors in the front. I do recommend using a drill to save your hands. There is a lot of hardware. Overall, it is a beautiful and sturdy piece of furniture. I have absolutely no regrets about this purchase. It is well worth the money, and a nice way to house your pets. The outlets on top are a bonus.

It’s a good dog kennel but I was sent an used one not a new one and they said they couldn’t do anything about it

It took 5 hours to put together with 2 people and the directions suck but I love it !

First of all it is a Monster to put together, BUT it is easier to put together than the ones I bought from Wayfair. It functions perfectly and I was able to leave the divider out after assembly to accommodate my 50+ pound dog who is very happy in her new digs. She has plenty of sleeping room and feeding room, and it looks great under my TV.

Doesn't take too long to assemble as long as you follow directions. I love the way it looks. I plan on purchasing another. I decided to add white contact paper to the top so it would match with my home decor but over all its an amazing product.

It's exactly what I was looking for. All pieces were intact when it arrived, and the directions were very simple to follow. You can honestly put it together alone, you'll just need someone to help flip it over
