I accidentally wrote a review on this seller in error! I am SO sorry. This product is perfect, I am trying more recipes at home, many of them Asian, and they call for potato starch. This makes THE best fried chicken and wings! I always wondered how restaurants get that delicious crunch and this is their secret! So glad I found this!

Better then cornstarch
Love my Potato starch, Sundays it's Potato Dumpling time, I could not fix them without the Potato starch. It does what it is made for. Love to use it.

It's a bargen
The 7lb bucket is a win,win. A great price and because it's a bucket no dealing with a bag being torn open in shipping, pulse you have a food grade bucket when it's gone. The starch it self seems to be a decent quality no complaints there.
