Linkind Matter Smart Plug, Work with Apple Home, Alexa, Siri, Google Home

I found this kit super easy to setup with the AiDot app. The plugs enter pairing mode as soon as you plug them in, and the app detects them right away with no issues. I have a full fletched home automation system running Home Assistant in my home, but I purchased this for my parents house. First, for about $30 you get four plus and the remote. My parents are not going to be using the app or a voice assistant, so the remote is a most. I plugged in the outlets, paired them with the app, then setup the remote configuration in the app as well. Setup is impressively easy. I have one button in the remove controller three outlets at the same time, and another button the forth. My mother was so impressed she was already talking about adding more. The cool thing about this kit is that you can use the outlets with any Matter controller. That means you can set this with other home automation controllers and voice controllers as well. I am very impressed with the product and would by again.

I have several of these throughout my home controlling lights,swimming pool pump and several other electronics. The remote and phone app are simple to pair to the plugs even after purchasing extra plugs they pair quick and easily. We also use Amazon alexa to control them. You can give each of them a name of your choice and add a picture of the device you are controlling. You can turn on and off from anywhere as long as you link them to your homes wifi. They will also alert if they lose connection. The timer functions are great for having things turn on and off automatically after setting a schedule. Telling alexa to turn on or off or to set a routine for wich device you chose is great. It makes turning things on and off hands free a very useful. I would definitely recommend these smart plugs. Easy to use and can add as many as you want.

I love these gadgets to remotely to on and off of lamps in my bedroom so I don’t have do get up to turn them on. For me, I needed my son to set it up but that was me. If you follow the directions, it takes no time to set it up. I love them!

The biggest gotcha about the remote is that it's using some kind of low energy bluetooth connection. So it needs a click to "wake" and then another click to run. It makes it kind of annoying to use them. I was really hoping for a better physical button system for my accessories. The smart plug themselves work great. Update: I will say the the Linkind team was super nice about this review, they reached out to see if there was some other solution that could work for me and clarified what the remote can and can't do. Still the case that you have to press the button twice if you do it through the direct connection but appreciate the response.

These are really cool Smart Plugs as they are easy set up for use and also having a remote.

Very easy to set up, and the plugs aren’t too big. My mom loves the remote because she no longer has to ask other people to turn the lights on/off when she is comfy in her chair! The remote works perfectly and everything paired/connected easily.

Half the switches don’t work, but the other half does… I’m not super happy but the ones that work work well?
