I am normally a skeptic with some of these types of items. I bought this to help with my hips and legs when running, biking or when I need relief. This was such a game changer. I have had for about a month. I use it almost daily. It’s so easy to hop on and use when folding laundry or blow drying my hair! I love how my legs feel relaxed and not nearly as tight after a work out. I did not think i’d love this as much as I do. It’s light so you can move it from room to room. I like the instruction booklet with various ways of using it. The only thing that’s annoying is when it wants to connect to bluetooth, it’s extremely loud, I wish it would only say it’s connected when you actually connect your device. The foot bed is really nice to use while standing. When I am using it on my arms or sitting I put a towel down as it can hurt.This has been my favorite random purchase and so glad I got it. If you’re in the fence, just get it.

I waited to provide a review on this until at least a month into using it. It works great. I like the feature that has suction cups on the bottom of it so it does not vibrate and make large noises when running. The platform is a great size to make sure that you have a sturdy stance. Would highly recommend this product and even recommended it to a coworker who bought one the next day.

The device is simple to use, very sturdy and although has different programs, Bluetooth speaker built in, optional arm band attachments, it is intuitive and not difficult to figure out. Pretty much plug and play. Both my husband and I are using it 3-5 times a week and have improved balance, knee and ankle joint strength stability in just a week. We were surprised by the quick results and really like it!
