Really easy to use as you can adjust each piece across the abdomen. Quite comfortable to wear considering the level of support it gives. You can feel the compression across the abdomen too. I bought it for support following a total abdominal hysterectomy. It is great to use as a passenger in a car supporting your stomach muscles. I also use it for longer walks to give additional support. It does not rub across my incision.

Useless product with no instructions. Doesn't seem to fit either. I'm currently size 10-12 (usually 8-10) and ordered a medium.

Having been through two c sections in the past and going for a third, I was looking for a binder that was soft didn't hurt the area even more and luckily I found it. It is easy to wear and has helped me recover quite smoothly this time around.
