The size and shape is perfect. I use it for my Plantars problem. I use the smaller edges to go around my ankle and bottom of my foot. Then I use the longer edge and run it up and down my calf muscle. I like how it's made of metal so it's good and strong. The edges are nicely rounded and the metal box it comes in is a real plus. I recommend this to anyone looking for a Gua Sha.

Overall I really like the roller on this. I like that it also came with the other piece so that I Could apply my moisturizer very smoothly. I have been using this and I like how it Lights over my face and I feel like it will decrease wrinkles. It has a cooling effect on my face and overall I like using this over my hand. Will continue to use. The only thing is I wanted pink and I got green.
