They don't do anything, I tried a few nights and I just don't see how the design is supposed to open your nostrils. It's just kinda slightly pinches the septum.

It doesn’t work well. I always end up with searching it in my bed at mornings. I wouldn’t recommend it

How does this work!?!?
I really don’t understand but it works. I thought it would block air from getting in my nose but it opens it up more. Somehow. It may be magic.
