Nicely packed, good shells

I received the 15 pieces of 3-4 inch oyster shells, and they are just perfect! The size is great, and I used some of the deeper shells to make candles. The flat ones are wonderful for painting and even as jewelry holders—they are absolutely beautiful! The price is very affordable, and my child and I both love these pretty decorations. These oyster shells also make excellent vase fillers. I will definitely purchase more before Christmas for additional projects! Highly recommend!

I was dissatisfied and disappointed with the quality of these shells. For the price, I expected much better.My main issue was that all of the shells, except for one in the entire lot, are the flat back pieces of the oyster. The one and only concave shell is very small, and one shell will not suffice for my intended purpose.The other thing I wasn’t happy about was that the shells are oddly shaped. Most of them don’t have their natural edges on certain parts of the shell, and seem to have been sanded down, giving them very strange edges and shapes. For me, these are unusable for crafts such as small candles and decorated catchall dishes.I understand that these are natural items, and that they’re not going to be consistent or perfectly shaped. In this case, the shells sent seem like seconds, and are not top quality shells for crafts.Unfortunately, I can’t comfortably recommend these oyster shells. What I received was not consistent with what I saw in the listing and do not suit my needs.

I expected it to be like the photo you had when we ordered.

They arrived clean and unbroken but the majority of them were very small.

These shelves are great for crafts. I do wish that this election was more uniform. There are some different shapes and are not all equal.

Everyone and their mother is trying to make those napkin modge podge oyster shells (myself included.) These are perfect! The even, white color of each shell provides the perfect base for any craft you'd like to do with these. They arrived with minimal chips and imperfections.

These are real oyster shells, they are all unique and different! They were not packed carefully so many of them chipped in transit and there are a lot of oyster shell shards in the bottom of the box. Other than that they are really cool for crafting, I let the kids paint a couple of them and will string them to hang up as Christmas ornaments.
