This is my first time using laser instead of waxing and the experience is good so far. I tried only level 1 and level 2 and both of them don't hurt, maybe just a little bit warm in the armpits. It comes with everything including the shaver and glasses and the instruction was clear. Wll recommend!

I bought this with the intention of removing chest hair. Not only is it painful but it did not work. I used the device 3 times a week for two months and didnt even notice the hair growing any less fast. Now im not sure if its not intended for that kind of use being it was "chest" but. But I know that the product definitely did not work for me
