Easy to assemble, very adjustable and very comfortable. I like to overall height of the chair, I'm 6 foot and it is easy to stand up from chair. great value for the money!

The chair is fantastic. The lumbar support and cervical (neck) support is everything I needed.However the chair is too narrow for me; while I'm only 5' 11 and 200 pounds, I guess I'm too big for the 19.5" width seat and had to return it.Great product and I wish it worked for me, because it really is comfortable.

Very comfortable chair for the price. I particularly like the adjustable lumbar support. It takes a bit to assemble and I found the directions for the back of the chair to be a bit confusing, but I finally figured it out. Customer service was excellent.

Chair is comfortable and provides good lumbar support. I reached out to the company for some blade wheels as my office is carpeted, and they provided them promptly at zero cost! I have only been using the chair for a couple weeks now so no comment on durability, but so far so good!

Horrible experience assembling this. Most of the pieces don't line up properly and need to squeeze everything in. Pictures are not clear at all. Connecting the back to the back frame in an absolute hassle since the piece does not fit in nicely. Will never buy anything from this company again

Been developing lower back pain from sitting for long times (teleworking) and couldn’t find a comfortable chair. I tried two other chairs before ordering the GY1070 and they seemed to make it worse. Amazon delivered the chair a week ago (10/14/24) and I’m already noticing an improvement. The chair just fits my body better and supports it where it needs to be supported.The web seating doesn’t create any pressure points that were getting increasingly worse with other chairs.Customer Service responded in less then 12 hrs about activating 2 year warranty and the offer for blade wheels! Impressive!Update 11/21/24 - Got the blade wheels a few days after responding to customer service!!! and they are great on my hard floor. A great improvement!!! Thank you.I've had my chair for 5 weeks now and would give this chair a 10 star if I could. The pain in my hip and lower back are tremendously improved and the pressure points of sitting have disappeared. I am so glad to have finally come across a chair that works with my body instead of against it.
