Description: Maximise grip and reduce sweat with our brand new liquid chalk. An essential for anyone lifting at the gym this liquid chalk is also ideal for rock climbing, gymnastics, athletics and virtually any other sport requiring a firm grip. A great alternative to solid chalk, this liquid version makes less mess and is far more economical just a pour a small amount on your hands, rub gently and allow to dry. Liquid chalk does not transfer to clothes and does not create irritating chalk dust in the air. Ingredients: DO NOT CONSUME Alcohol, Calcium Carbonate, Fragrance. Directions: Shake bottle well before use. Do not apply to broken skin and test first on a small patch of skin 48 hours prior to use. Do not use if skin irritation develops. Pour onto hands and rub together until the liquid turns to chalk. Allow to dry completely before exercise/activity. Do not taste or swallow. Replace lid immediately after use. DO NOT CONSUME Alcohol, Calcium Carbonate, Fragrance.

won't be purchasing again
bought for gymnastics - too watery, very gritty and not chalky! When I emailed customer services they were very dismissive. Won't be using this company again.

Worst chalk I have ever used.
This is not even chalk, it has completely opposite slippery efect!!

Very watery compared to other brands, so it doesn't stay on your hands anywhere near as long as it should. Wont be using again.

Top Draw!!
Bought this as it was recommended by a friend, found it quite watery at first but it drys quickly for a great grip. My hands are no longer slipping off the bar whilst dead lifting, glad I gave it a go!
