Stopped working after 41 days
This thing stopped working 41 days after purchasing. The return window is 30 days. Beware; now trying to deal with endless troubleshooting and the nightmare that is their customer support forms.Headset does not have sound and cannot be physically system reset and is stuck permanently on. Can not be powered down.

Great sounding headphones
Love these headphones. Only downside is the usb dongle has to be plugged into your pc...they don't run on bluetooth for your pc. Seems like bluetooth only works on my phone . The software that comes with it is very easy to use and customize as well...they had presets for almost any game you can think of.

Quickly Broke
I've never written an amazon review for a product but wanted to let people know to keep away from these. I guess steelseries got bought out by HyperX at some point (which I was unaware of). I was super excited to get a world of warcraft themed headset, of course.These ended up breaking and my friend who purchased a pair had a similar problem. You use them for about 2 months or so and they end up having some bluetooth connection issues (no real biggie with that), until one day you go to turn them off and back on again and you hear static only through the right headphone. Then you completely lose the ability to hear anything at all. Better off going with another option.
