This is the only soap base I have purchased. I’m new to soap making and wanted to try and a simple hobby. It is very simple and comes with a recipe book. I like the soaps I have made with it. They lather okay, not a huge amount. Easy to melt. It does harden again pretty fast, which is good and bad.

So nice that these are in individual blocks. That way it will help keep it fresh while waiting to be used. You can make approximately 20 bars of soap so that is about $1/bar, which is a insanely good price. I do wish they had a little more lather to them. I'm still just starting out so I might be able to adjust that myself. Regardless, as I'm learning I won't feel awful about messing up a batch due to the price. It does smell really good even before I add my fragrances to it. It melted,and poured great, so I was very happy about that since it was my 1st time attempting to make soap. Overall I'd say I'm decently happy with this.

I just made a couple of bars using this base. They turned out well. The soap base is sudsy and gentle on your skin.

Being cut into portions makes it convenient. They also come beautifully packaged.

I like that each pound of soap is individually packaged and I like the quality of the product
