For the money, it’s a bargain
Very pleased overall. Works well with our Panasonic TV We had to secure the batteries as they did seem a bit loose, which meant it was working intermittently, but now they’re in place properly, the remote is absolutely fine. Remember, this is a replacement generic remote, if you want an original, you will pay an awful lot more for it 😊

Have someone tech savvy to hand!
No instructions are included with the remote. The remote is identical to our old one, on which one button had worn out. When we used the new one the TV did not respond, and then subsequently wouldn't respond to our old remote either. After leaving it all alone for 10 min the old remote worked again so we have stuck with that until someone tech savvy can sort it out. We tried 3 different suggestions from Google search but none worked.
