Downloaded this but realised that there was no audio so returned immediately.

A good book, but the quality control on the CD's at manufacture stage was lacking.I've written to the publisher, and they are now fixing this problem, and are providing me with a replacement set of discs as soon as they can.Kudos to them and the author for their rapid turnaround to me on this issue (I'm impressed).
