I put it together very easily, very sturdy, made well, love the cover is waterproof & that the cat house is up off the ground. The mat heats up very nicely & stays warm, but not too warm. The cord is insulated & cannot be chewed...Love it!

This is a great house for my outside fur baby. Very sturdy, the heating pad is warm, soft and quiet…some pads are noisy. Easy to assemble. I chose to not put the front door on because I know it would scare her but the escape door is on. I just wish this company sold the heated pads separately so I could buy one in case this pad failed. I bought a backup from another company but it’s not as nice and noisy. It’s a very nice house.

I bought this for a feral cat I feed nightly, we are going to get some extremely cold temps and I was so concerned for her. Assembly was easier than I thought, it only took about 10 minutes and the cage frame seems sturdy. Put it out last night, added some cat nip and treats inside today along with a cheap wildlife cam and SHE IS IN IT! We all know cats don't always do what you want them to, but obviously this was appealing enough for a very skittish feral. Heated pad works and is warm not hot which is good, when it gets down to the single digits I'm going to put those hand warmers that stay warm for hours in there just in case. Very pleased!!

This smaller unit has only one door/egress and the feral cat we are trying to help will only go halfway in to eat. Without food bait he won’t go in at all. The unit is well constructed and easy to assemble. The heating pad provides warmth in even sub zero temps but is not hot. If in doubt I would suggest a larger unit with two doors.

This heated cat house worked perfectly for my outside cats. It was very cold this winter and they kept warm and safe in this house. I love that the house is made of a metal frame. The metal frame kept it from collapsing in the harsh winds. I bought 2. Good size for average adult cat. The fat opossum also took shelter inside one of the houses.

Absolutely WONDERFUL! After two other companies failed me (one sent missing parts, the other had terrible, incomprehensible instructions), this one is EXACTLY what I wanted, and EXTREMELY EASY to assemble (yes, you may quote me for advertising). I have only one tiny suggestion: I think, if you added a small “awning” over the entrance (which would make it harder for rain or snow to penetrate, the shelter would be PERFECT. I’m ready to buy one or two MORE!

I purchased this as a shelter for my outdoor cat to use during the winter months. I am very impressed with the construction/quality of it. The frame is metal (like a dog kennel is made of) and the outside cover zips around all four sides. The inside of the cover has a silver lining for added insolation. It also comes with a pet safe heating pad for inside and plastic flaps to cover the front and rear openings. When I first put it on my porch I did not place the plastic covering on the front door to give my cat a period of time to adjust to going in and out of it. After a couple of days I placed the door covering on the front and I would purposely put her in the house and coax her out to show her she was free to go in out as she wanted with the covering over the door. She has adjusted great and loves her little house. I searched for many cat houses before purchasing this one. Honestly it was a little more expensive than I wanted to spend but now I am glad that I got. It is well worth the money and I expect it to last a long time because it is not exposed to any weather elements because it is located on a covered porch.
