What size would I need for 20mm bottom and 30mm top? A sizing chart would sure be nice.

For formenting veggies, do you drill out the jar top to use these? And if so what size bit or method do you use?

I love these stoppers for bottles like gallon milk or wine jugs, or large juice bottles. Seems to me you could drill using any drill or cutter whose diameter doesn't exceed the big end of the stopper. However I fear the thin hole edge might damage the stopper with use. Instead, for veggies I would use mason jar fermentation lids available here on Amazon. These stoppers can be used with them if need be, but those lids often come as complete kits.
