Very sturdy and works great.
I installed one on each side of the forks on my father's adult e-tricycle with 250w hub motor. Curiously, his bike did not come with them. After about 3-4 months of use, the torque from them motor opened the cradle end of the forks allowing the shaft to spin. I did a little internet research and found these torque arms on Amazon. Package was delivered quickly and was easy to install (after watching a YouTube video on installation). His forks use small diameter tubing and the provided clamp was made for fairly large tubing. So, I used two smaller clamps that I had in my garage. The larger ones would have worked, but I would have had to cut the excess length of strap from the clamp. Overall, I'm very satisfied and my father is pleased to be able to ride his bike around the park. At 92 years old, the motorized tricycle is a real blessing.

Torque arms are a necessity
Very good

These are good, but the pipe clamp is a pretty cheap version.
These work well and are plenty sturdy on a 750W hub motor 20" tire. I got two but that is probably overkill, one would probably work just fine. I didn't need a titanium CNC machined ultralight weight torque arm so these work just fine. Only gripe is that the hose clamp is a pretty cheap version and the screw part comes out of the housing easily.

Frustrating - doesn’t fit my Trek 3700
Doesn’t work with my frame on either the gear or non-gear side.In the optimal placement position, the inner nut (even without using lock washer) is too prominent and abuts the frame. If it is placed in a different position, to allow the holding bolt to not strike the frame, the other arm either interferes with the nut holding the rear drive wheel on or leaves the slot for the hose clamp in a sub optimal position.I’m going to get some washers to offset the bracket to allow for clearance of the nut, but the farther the bracket is from the frame, the less effective both for the torque limiting effect and this may also reduce the number of threads for the main nut holding the drive wheel on. Sigh. This, this arm isn’t right for my frame (and there’s not really a way to determine this up front without buying and trying), but the alternative, to make my own, is even less appealing so time to just MacGyver it to make it work, but only gets 3 stars.Hard to make things universal, but pretty frustrating to buy something that doesn’t fit.

Control the torque!!
This item was required by E bike front hub assembly, it's a easy installation, price was cheap enough.

A must have for heavy trikes with 1500 watt hubs
Look if you got a heavy bike/trike and are putting a beefy front hub in these are a must have. Prior to installing these applying full power would cause the hub to spin in the fork no matter how tight I made the bolts.I got super lucky it didn't damage my fork too much or shred the wires going into the hub otherwise I would have been out $700.These should come standard in front hub kits and every video on YouTube should recommend people install these. The clamps were a bit too large for my fork but that was easy to solve by getting smaller ones. While I think the clamp would have been strong enough I also put in steel straps the entire length of this part for added security so my hub would have to apply over 5,000lbs of force to break things now which it will never do and I never have to worry again

Absolute just have with 1,000 watt motor!
Didn't use it at first and damaged my front drop outs and was about to danger my rear ones as well but with this on it's all good. No issues in over two months and 1000+ miles! Just make sure you find a good way to mount it so it won't move at all because with this torque arm it can be a bit tricky. Also I have a steel frame...if you have aluminum is recommend using these torque arms even for just 500w.....yeah....
