I'm not one of those that likes massages, but I really liked the neck massager on this. It really gets in there and massages the neck muscles and works well on the upper shoulders. The heat is not over powering and you can do the entire 20 min w/o overheating. The lower lumbar works really well. You can tell the difference as it cycles up and down as well as left and right. You can also stop the cycle and freeze/pause it in place or just leave it off. The calf vibration is really powerfull. It's loud and will shake the shake couch. This works better when laying down as opposed to sitting. Only because it's difficult to keep it in place when sitting on the couch. I do recommend this to help you relax. I bought it for my wife to help her relax and soothe her lower back, but I use it more than her...lol. Both the power cord and the cord for the remote are long enough to not worry about having to be too close to an outlet. The padding that flips onto the neck rollers is thin but very helpful.

At 1st it worked well and then it started making noises and massagers stopped working. Bought 2. Return window is closed so another waste of money to Amazon.

It was a gift for my mother and she likes it so far. This has wonderful massage from feet to shoulders. This massager is handy, it has good vibration point and intensity. The massage settings are great they target the lower, middle, and upper back it also has a lumbar support that I love. Combine the massage with the heat feature and it truly relaxes the muscles. This product is reliable, soft, smooth and no load sound.

Had some high expectations with how much this thing costs. But the only good part I would say is the shoulder massage portion. Every where else it simply just vibrates, doesn’t really “massage”

This was a great purchase. Does everything it claims it will and was surprisingly inexpensive, considering the full body coverage it provides. The neck massager works amazing and the lumbar portion helped to loosen the tension in my back.

The product picture seems to imply that there is supposed to be something happening with the lower back, but it doesn't.
