The media could not be loaded. Terribly Designed Product.1. The lid has no hole for the steam to escape. This causes the water to bubble up and drip on the countertop. It also makes a noise as the lid keeps moving.2. The stainless steel pots have no measurements on the inside to indicate water levels.Rice cookers are not very complicated appliances. They're supposed to make it easy for customers to multi-task. This product does not do that at all.Extremely unhappy with Amazon's "replacement only" policy. I do not want this product and I do not recommend wasting your money on this item.

Bought the rice cooker in the month of March, and I'm truly satisfied with the product. The steel pot is so easy to clean, it's sturdy and thick. Love it

Value for money, but could have been better if it had steam outlet-holes, present in lid.Good heavy base

I purchase the product in December manual. Some problems I used in this product in March. Suddenly, the product is not getting started and it’s not working. I tried to contact with the Amazon but they don’t have any solution and I try to connect with the customer care they really bad servicing and service centre is really worst. And Amazon selling this type of products, really hats off. And I am from Mumbai guys. I am getting this type of servicing friends.

Ordered first around 18feb and got a defective piece where the lid was not sitting well!! Raised a exchange request and that was cancelled without any notice.. Upon follow up AMAZON raised a refund and pickup was done…Ordered fresh on 23 Feb which got delivered on 25th Feb and this time the handle was broken to pieces!!!!’ After follow up the order was supposed to be picked up on 26 Feb and refund raised but nothing happened and today on 28 Feb when I’m. Following up with AMAZON they have raised an investigation!!! To be honest no idea when this is I’ll get sorted!!!!Amazon is not been helpful so far and why don’t you guys have a quality or check on Such cases! Customer is made a testing case!!!!!! NOT DONE

Those 3 stars for steels bowls , cooker functionality is not good, all of sudden cutting off , heating issues and wire heating smells occurring while cooking

I am giving the reviews after one week return period is overThe steel bowls are excellent gauge and I have seen mixed reviews on this but I trusted the pigeon brand and ordered and finally it’s meet my expectations. Brought 1.8L variant @2.5k
