Also wanted to share that because there is a reliance on the vitamin B3 there is a flush that happens sometimes, can literally make your skin feel flush, warm. This is normal. I knew about this in advance so don't worry if you experience that at some point. I also did research the ingredients and all looks good for anti-aging, dna repair and memory. Good value for the price.
