Love that this is organic. Started using it and noticed it is working and I have better lung capacity than I had in the past. Also I noticed I do not pick up any type of colds when being around others that have been sickly. The flavor also is not that bad and you can actually take it without blending it with any type of liquid. Also bought one for a friend and we have both been using it and are planning on continuing to use it. I can't honestly say I feel like I have more energy, but I can say that when I am active I feel I have improved capacity than I did before. I love how you only need to take it once a day and it's easy enough to do without forgetting. I have not noticed a change in sleep quality, but I do see a difference in My overall well-being. Would definitely recommend the product for what it includes and for the price points and for its organic qualities.

I love this for the winter months when all kinds of viruses are going around. Oregano alone is known to be as good as an antibiotic, as long as you catch your illness right at the beginning. Black seed oil is very powerful too. The two of those alone are fantastic! The marshmallow is great for the gut. All of these ingredients are very good for health benefits. I typically always mix tinctures in my smoothies so I can't speak on the taste, but I don't taste anything in my smoothie. I love that this is an organic product and non-gmo and gluten free. Great product for respiratory health!

I've tried it for 2 weeks and don't feel differently. I waited 2 weeks off and still nothing. I take most of these herbs alone so I am aware of how my body should respond. It does taste good and it's easy to swallow.
