The price is too much for the product. I ordered one earlier in which the lid did not fit properly therefore I returned it and ordered another one. This one is leaking. It's a waste of money. I cannot replace it as I have used it. The leakage was identified while using it. I do not recommend it. Poor quality. Since the design is good, some other company can manufacture it, staying committed to the quality and value of the product. price needs to be reduced.

Looks good but the nose is not properly welded. The handle is not properly welded. For the amount they charge the finish should be good. There is no quality control. Highly disappointed.

I ordered this item from Amazon. We coulld not remove the filter unit from the main pot ( kettle shaped ) even after several tries. I called up their Customer Service who replied that an employee dedicated to Amazon dealings will contact me. However since no one called, I initiated return which is in process. This morning, I got a call from the person, suggesting I place a direct order on them at the same price but by the time it was too late and I decided not to use their products. A good product

The Size of coffee filter is little small but quality is good. Finishing is good. Little bigger size could be better for this price.

The item looks smaller than the one in the picture. The lid doesn't close properly. I am not getting a refund or replacement thru Amazon.
