This Eureka vacuum robot is awesome! It is easy to set up, easy to use and can be controlled by an app! The robot and mop combination cleaning machine is truly outstanding! The machine works independently - the machine can clean the trash storage space located inside the machine by itself and mop the floor manually quickly and efficiently without having to check all the time. The trash can be disposed of after cleaning the house. Their vacuum cleaner works very well and can remove dust and small debris from the floor, maybe some rice and dust, and the suction of the vacuum cleaner is strong enough to suck the small debris into the storage container. They pick up hair and debris, just like hair, and it doesn't even get tangled in the machine. The rubber brush prevents hair from getting tangled, while other different versions often get tangled hair or strings due to the use of plastic brushes. Easy to replace and flexible cleaning area - their cleaning pads are also very easy to replace. This robot performs well on tile floors because they can both mop and vacuum, so you can clean two in one! The battery life is very long. It cleans the entire floor in one go, and the machines can even navigate themselves back to their location (i.e. the storage station/charger) so they can recharge and clean up the collected debris. It's really, really smart - the machines have no problem navigating the floor, they've never even bumped into a wall or table! They have a sensor system that keeps them out of the way, and you can access the machine from your phone, and the smart app control is really useful! Overall, I'm loving this product so far, and I'm really impressed with their capabilities and performance! I really like this product.

The reason I decided to try out this robot vacuum because I read the other reviewer mention this vacuum works well with pet owners. I was hoping it would help with cleaning out the cat hair and human hair within the house, especially with 3 long hair cats in the house. It has great suction and its self empty function is a really a game changer. I had one simpler robot vacuum before this one with only the vacuum option and I always have to search for my remote everytime I want to use it. I love this one because I can control it through the app in the phone. I find the app is easy to use and understand. Plus this one with the additional mopping option in which it saves me a lot of time with cleaning the floor. It has a great mapping capabilities. As I only have wooden floors, it works really well. For its mopping function, it doesn’t do cleaning to give you a super deep cleaning result. But as far as for daily cleaning level, it keeps the floor looking tidy and shiny, in which I’m very satisfied with that result.

We went through 4 of these in a two year period. First we had the E10 models. The first one ran perfectly for about 3 months, then it quit pumping water for the mop part. The day before the replacement one arrived, it began working again. Eureka said the first one had to go back regardless. The second one ignored all "no go/do not go" areas from the start, it even was pushing furniture around the house, the app showed it thought it was all the way on the other side of the house, where it shouldn't have been cleaning in the first place. Eureka warrantied it again, #2 went back and #3 was sent by them. The third one did the same but worse. Eureka refunded it. It started working again after a few resets and a few weeks of messing around with it. Eureka said to keep #3. #3 is still running, most of the time, The fourth one, with the bin removed for cleaning which meant it should sit there in a error state and not do anything, decided to start at its regularly scheduled time but drive straight ahead, into the staircase and sit and spin its wheels, until it started smoking. I assume it was not far from starting on fire. Luckily it was winter and we removed it with a shovel and put it in a snowbank in front of the house until it apparently ran out of battery and quit trying to drive, but by then both drive wheels had completely locked up. Eureka refunded it and wanted it back. Meanwhile #3 was doing the same thing, but driving into the clothes dryer so it was noticed immediately and stopped. #4 was running into a carpeted staircase and wasn't noticed until the house smelled like an electrical fire. With the refund of #4, we bought the then new model, the E20 plus. We went through two of those in a year, the first one did the same that #2 and #3 did but the first the cliff sensors went out so it always thought it was on a ledge or the edge of a staircase or something, and the second repeatedly could not find its home, got lost, ignored everything. Eureka refunded both and did not want either back, but after the refund of the second E20 plus, they stated we should not buy any Eureka products again as we would not be covered under any Eureka warranty in the future. The E10 and E20 are apparently just enough different you can't take parts from an E10 and put in an E20 or vice versa. No parts are available-easily anyways- even though the robots are designed to be easily taken apart. You can buy parts from the usual chinese places, but you have to buy 5,000 at a time. You can not put the clear E20 bin in the E10 either, it will not work. The E10 water bin is a bit small, one cleaning of a house with about a 20x30 room of hard floor will run the water tank empty before it is done, on normal water mode. The filters on both the E10 and E20 plug with fine dust within a few months, regardless of how long you have the self empty base run. Bins on both have to be manually cleaned every few months as well as fuzz and dust will build up and not empty or will jam the self empty door open. The brush roller on the E10 is nice, like a normal vacuum, the one on the E20 is more harsh but does noticeably find more dirt in carpets. The self empty base appears to be the same on both models and works very well, apparently they must have patents on the cyclone style. The filters never needed to be cleaned or replaced during the time we ran any of them. Other manufacturers should copy the base or at least its design. When it maps the house, you have to set it to use no water and use low vacuum power. It must go over every square inch of your place to make a map. If it does not and runs out of battery, that is your map. It takes two hours to do usually and now you have to wait for it to completely recharge and do it again and hope it does not run out of battery. It will also randomly redraw rooms and add non existent rooms, completely off the map, then show the robot stuck way over there and then move where it thinks its base is to some non existent room off base. The only solution is to revert the map, if you remembered to back up the map, or remap the house. Then it may do it again the very next day. Oh, and when it thinks it is in a non existent room, usually it is destroying something in a no go zone or pushing a chair or stool around. When it worked, we were impressed with it. You still had to run the normal upright vacuum just as much as before and got just as much dirt, but the robots found just a much in-between the times you ran the normal upright, probably from the entry rugs of which we had the robots clean a couple times a day, right after we came and left for the day. I should say we were impressed with it. We bought a mopping Shark with the water tanks in the base that oscillates its mop pad. Apparently the Eureka dragging the microfiber rag behind it and changing it once a week along with mopping normally once a week was not doing much, as the Shark's dirty water tank is consistently brown with a sediment layer in the bottom. Then we got the purple Dyson, the D shaped one, that one is a true competitor for replacing the upright vacuum, it honestly makes you wonder how both Eureka vacuums and the upright missed so much on the carpets and rugs. The only thing I miss about the Eureka's is they were short enough to go under end tables and dressers. The Sharks are about a half inch too tall and the Dyson is short enough but for some reason usually avoids going under them for some reason. Eureka support is based in China, there is an obvious language barrier, and you have to wait a day at least, sometimes a week, for a reply but if you wait more than 24 hours to reply they close your entire ticket and you have to start over from the start again. Shark seems to have support based in North America and does not seem to care if you take a day or so to reply, and Dyson has a very responsive live chat with someone who English is their first language it seems.

I have had this robot vacuum for over 6 moths. Here are some pros and cons: Pros: 1) This unit is compact and would likely fit any household. 2) This unit is easy to maintain. 3) The app is super user friendly and works very well. You can even order replacement items via the app. 4) It can keep up with the hair from 2 dogs and 3 cats. Cons: 1) The mopping function isn’t as great as the vacuum. It will only allow water and with pets you may need more. 2) This unit is kind of loud. I have it programmed to run at 9:00pm and it usually takes about 45 mins to complete the cycle. Overall I am very happy with this purchase. We named her Rosie. Rosie makes it appear that I perform a lot of cleaning when I actually don’t.

I’ve been using the Eureka E20 vacuum daily since it arrived, and overall, I’m pretty impressed with its performance for the price. I was looking for something easy to use for my small apartment (800sqf), and this vacuum delivers meets most of my expectations. And here are some pros and cons: Suction Power (PRO): The suction is excellent, both on hardfloors and low to mid pile carpets. I have a dog and cat and it does excellent job picking up pet hairs, crumbs, and dust without any issues. Easy maintenance (PRO): this is my first model with a combined docking station and dust collector, which is super convenient that I don’t have to clean after every use (the pet hair build up really quickly and would be annoying to empty them daily. The dust cup and filter are easy to remove and clean. App control(PRO): the app is decent and easy to work with. The biggest highlight is the flexibility to modify no go zone. I have an area of super light carpet which doesn’t quite work with any type of vacuum. The app allows me to just draw out a box for no go zone. Avoiding Charging cables(cons): the vacuum isn’t smart enough to detect and avoid charging cables as I have hoped but it’s okay considering the price I paid. Mopping(more cons than pro), the mopping function is okay. The mop is easy to install and clean, however, the water sensor sometimes send notifications even when the water is 3/4 full, not sure why. I have noticed a few times when there is enough water but the vacuum didn’t not mop the floor and went straight back to the docking, still figuring this out Overall, this is a solid budget friendly vacuum robot for a small to median space (less than 1500 sqf). Just Expect some battles with charging cables!!

I received the E20 plus as a Christmas present a week ago. I've owned a Neato D3 for 7 years now and was really looking forward to an upgrade to a newer robot vacuum. Unfortunately, the E20 plus has proved to be a major step down. So far I've run the vacuum three times in order to create a map of my one-bedroom apartment and have made some very disappointing observations: 1. As the dust chamber fills with dirt, the vacuum begins dropping it onto the floor and leaving it it behind. Today after it cleaned my kitchen and dining room I noticed they were dirtier than before I started it; the machine's dust chamber was already full just from previously vacuuming the living room rug and dirt and dust was falling out of the bottom all over the floor as it vacuumed! The E20's brush has very little suction power. My previous Neato had an actual wire brush...for some reason Eureka has decided to manufacture the E20's out of rubber, which just doesn't grasp dirt and hair the way a standard brush does. 2. The edges of my large living room rug have tassels. The E20 continues to not only get caught in them, but occasionally even rips them out! They then get caught in the brush, which requires me to untangle them before the vacuum will continue cleaning. Again, my older vacuum never had this issue...it rode right over carpet edges with no problems. The E20 also continues to go back to the same spot under my bed where it gets trapped. It seems like it's learned to navigate around a couple of objects it initially got stuck on when I first used it, yet it still continues to make a beeline for the narrow space under my bed where it can't find its way out, which is very difficult to reach. 3. The base station dust collection feature is useless if there's a lot of dirt in the dustbin. After using he dust collection feature 3 times, I took the E20 apart today and there was a huge amount of impacted dirt in the opening of the bin that apparently the suction from the base did nothing to loosen and retrieve. 4. The app is extremely confusing and not designed intuitively. There is only a two-page, very basic description of the app included in the vacuum's manual, and I'm still finding features in the app that not only weren't explained, but that I'm having a hard time understanding without more explanation. 5. Lastly, the vacuum takes forever to finish cleaning. The old Neato did a good job of cleaning my apartment in about 45 minutes. Today the fully-charged E20 took 66 minutes to clean just two and a half rooms (often repeatedly going over the same areas!) and then announced it had to return to the base for charging! The manufacturer states one charge lasts 180 minutes... what happened? It's now been re-charging for almost three hours and still hasn't resumed the rest of the cleaning job. My understanding from watching a couple of YouTube reviews is that it takes several sessions for the E20 plus to fully learn its cleaning space. I'm going to use it two or three more times and if it hasn't improved I'm sending it back to Amazon for a refund. So far I'm extremely disappointed with its poor performance and also quite shocked that my very old robot vacuum never had any of the problems I've encountered with the E20 (and at half the price point of the E20). I'm also surprised re: the number of glowing reviews here and seriously wondering if some of them are actually legitimate.

Coming from a super cheap dummy robot vac, this thing is amazing. Doesn’t get stuck, mapped the house accurately, sets off as scheduled and does a decent job. The app is intuitive, alerts show up on my phone and watch. Compared to an actual vacuum cleaner this thing is more than tolerable. I keep it on max suction setting because it’s a vacuum and I want it to clean. It’ll do roughly a 600 sq foot section of my house with several obstacles and doors in about 30 minutes. The mop is however….. how should I say……. Kind of a gimmick. You’re not supposed to use anything but water and it’s just dragging half a wet rag across the floor. I don’t really care about the mopping, I’ll do that myself and I wasn’t expecting much from it in that regard. Oh yeah, the price! Super good deal. I’ve been asking everyone I know, reading all the reviews bla bla bla. And this thing as far as mapping and cleaning, does as good or better than a friend of mine’s $500 shark. It’s the closest thing to a maid that I’ve had and for a guy with a dog that refuses to take off his shoes, it’s perfect!

Let me start by saying we have a lot of pet hair with two big dogs and that's why I went with this model. It claims to handle pet hair with anti tangling technology. From the manufacturer "The E20 Plus features significant improvements in performance, anti-tangle capability, and obstacle avoidance. We are confident that these advancements will deliver an even more unparalleled cleaning experience." It simply doesn't do well as the photos show. And to be fair I let it run multiple times before writing this to see if it improved. It hasn't. Now. It does a masterful job of mapping and avoiding obstacles. Our house is roughly 1900 sq ft. All one level and the battery life is more than enough. The self empty might be ok for dust and small debris but it really struggles with lots of dog hair. Sometimes I have to run the SE twice to clear it. I may be sending this back as it doesn't live up to its own billing and at $400, it should.

I really like this robot vac and is an improvement to my previous Shark robot vac which is being used in the basement now. It is quiet and the navigation is better in every respect. For a mid range robot vac, it avoids most obstacles and any bumping is gentle. Though, cables and other small items will get dragged around, you just need to clear them out. The mop part is good but is basically a wipe, as it just drags the pad around. For my usage this is ok as it helps with picking up fine dust that may be bound to the living room floor and not easily suctioned. I tested it by pouring milk on the hardwood floor and it did wipe it up just fine, though this isn't my main use case for the device. I washed the pad immediately afterwards, so the milk wasn't spread around. The bagless nature of this robot vac was an important consideration in purchasing it and it works really well. Not having to worry about replacing bags is a huge plus. The app is very good and full featured, having options like no go zones and room divisions. Overall, I'm well pleased with this purchase.

Love it! Simple to setup and have it start cleaning right away. Does a great job with the cleaning. App is intuitive to use and feature packed. Mapping is great. 5 stars, highly recommend. (Modded mine with some googly eyes. 😁)

Funciona muy bien, y el vaciado automático es muy cómodo. Recomiendo la compra. A veces se atoran cabellos largos, pero en general funciona muy bien. Se borraron tres veces los mapa de la casa, pero con una actualización de la app ya no ha pasado. Ayuda tener un respaldo de los mapas.
