Excellent product with great customer service!
I purchased this to replace another brand of magnetic shelf. I like the fact that the Omni Shelf has the option of using suction cups in addition to magnets, since many of my customers have stainless steel enclosures, so the magnets don't work.When I received the item, it happened to be missing two suction cups, but after contacting them, Omni Shelf sent out replacements immediately. Can't ask for better customer service!Overall, this is a very sturdy shelf. Larger, yet lighter weight than my previous one. I fully expect to get many years of use out of it.
