The only positive thing I can say about these insoles is that they're colorful.I have a host of foot problems, so I'm always on the lookout for a good insole. Since the product description claimed that these insoles addressed and alleviated many of these issues, and since the product reviews were both numerous and relatively high, I made the purchase.The insoles arrived yesterday, just in time for a planned 8-mile walk. They felt a bit weird with all their funny bumps, but that itself wasn't the problem. Despite being the number one product claim, these insoles have next to nothing in the form of arch support, just a flimsy little flap that can be flattened with the least amount of force. The real problem, however, was that after a few miles, I became painfully aware that the rough area on the back of the insole was doing its best to rub a blister on my heel, causing me to stop and remove the insoles, continuing my walk without them.So, to go down the checklist: 1) poor value for the money, 2) inferior quality, and 3) not only failing to alleviate the foot pain but actually causing additional pain.

You will need to get used to them but it’s worth it
They are comfortable and after a while you don’t notice you have them on. For me I feel better health wise. I am pleased with them

You can adjust it to you....
Some of the magnets and the gel pad kinda hurt as they hit my foot in a weird place. So I figured out that they are attached by glue, so I peeled off the gel pad that's in the middle and a couple of the magnets, and now they are super comfy. Where the magnets hit is likely based on your foot size. I'm a US size 11.

Helps but also hurts
It is easy to custom fit them to your shoes. They have been hard to walk on but they get a bit more comfortable the more you wear them. The outer sides of my feet have been hurting more as I use them. They weren't expensive and the quality is alright.

Do not buy
Unfortunately I have to give this product 1 star. I was very excited, after having read some of the reviews, that I finally found insoles that would truly help my feet. I work in the restaurant industry and my feet take a beating. After having waited 34 days for the insoles to arrive I was relieved to finally receive pain free shifts. The total opposite occurred. The amount of pain that was endured was the least of my expectations. I had to leave work early due to the amount of pain I was in. The bottoms of my feet had welts all over. Thankfully I was off for the next two days because even walking was painful since the welts were engulfing my feet. I cannot recommend buying these. They are extremely thin and provide zero comfort, support, and have metallic materials which are raised.

size 9 needs no cutting . i love these insoles. absolutely glad i purchased these.
