These should be considered a Must Have for the Cot Max
Eventually I'll use the cot for guests and camping, but at the present I've hurt my back and needed a quick, portable bed, which the cot serves as. The leg extentions elevate it to near perfect height to swing my legs down and sit up. They are light and strong and require very little space.Note, these should not be used on uneven ground as only so many would make contact with ground, while others are bearing no load. Use on level ground only.

A bit pricey but very nice to have that additional height
Definitely what needed to be included along with the cot when purchased. It adds to comfortable height for sitting and is completely stable on level ground. Absolutely no squeaks, rattling or shifting when you move your position on your cot. Helinox makes great lightweight robust gear.
