This is great machine, I love it. I still have the pair of old machines but I only used once sense I got the new machine. I always forget to transfer the load on the old machines and I find them wet the next day.

The best combo out there i bought this thru best buy had this for a year now plan to buy it again so I can wash and dry twice at the same time

I bought this product from Amazon and it is defective. I want to return it and I can't because it is very heavy. They delivered it to the location but they won't come to pick up the return. The product is very heavy and I can't move it from the location. They didn't refund me the amount I paid. I will have to file a police report and take it to a judge to ask them to pick up the product and give me my money back.

They don't tell up front (maybe in small print?) 6hrs per load.Not a problem for me but most probably wouldn't like that.

The media could not be loaded. It is so good. Like finally! I don't have to unload the washer.

If you buy this, get the pedestal that goes underneath. Also have who ever delivered it install it as well. This isn’t your mom and dads washer! This thing weights as much as an 84 ford duelly! The the very worst thing about it is the manual drain on the very bottom of the machine. A water drain! On the very bottom. That you have to drain trapped water from a 3/8 inch hose, when you think you have drained all of the water, no don’t do it, keep draining, after you think you got all the water out that third and fourth trip to dump the excess water, there’s still water in there be ready to catch the flood that Noah was talking about amount of water! Buy the pedestal so that you can put a 5 gallon bucket under this manual drain hose! This freaking is supposed to be so freaking smart why do you still have to manually drain the water from the strainer? Bout freaking ruined my hardwood floors messing with this thing. Other than that. It works great

I've had this for 3 months. It's super energy efficient. A Typical wash and dry uses 2 to 3 kw. Please note, this takes about 6 hours to wash and dry. Plan accordingly.

I recently bought this all in one dryer washer combo and so far I am liking it and takes lot less space and we don’t need to move clothes from washer to dryer. This is also eligible for my county $250 refund since this is energy efficient.Takes slightly longer time but energy efficient and convenient.
