I’ve been taking this for a month and I definitely see an increase in energy levels. I take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. The flavor gives it a better taste that isn’t nasty at all

*Updated from 2 stars to 4 because customer service was great with a quick response and offer to refund. I appreciate that!We’ve had other brands of this before and the flavor was great! This one however tastes like a sea cucumber’s butt mixed with fake strawberries (so says my husband). No option to return or get a refund unfortunately so I guess I’ll try giving it away and maybe someone else will find it palatable. Two stars only because it arrived in record time.

It may look like slime but the taste is divine stir it up a bit eat a few spoons and feel it run through your body

So I'll be honest it does taste like you would expect it's sea moss. It has that ocean taste to it but it's not bad. I decided to try it after reading into the benifits of sea moss. My only regret is not starting it sooner. I have a family of 5 we are all using it. Finished the first jar up and have ordered a few of the other flavors.

Great for digestive health. My skin looks more healthy. I love the great flavors.

It tastes good and has good benefits but no energy so it gets 4 stars.
