I had, perhaps still have a little, an extreme case of plantar fasciitis. I've been limping around for two or so months. I bought these in hopes they would help my foot the same way an elbow sleeve helps with my tennis elbow. I chose these based on reviews and, being a guy, their more gender neutral look. I didn't want something that looked like I borrowed it from my wife.My foot is an 11E. I purchased the large based on the chart. The first day I wore them, I had to take them off after 4 hours. My toes felt like they did swell as other reviewers have mentioned, but not a lot. Day two was great! The extra support was noticeable and helpful. I did not have any problems and kept them on the full day. I've been wearing them now for 9 days (I think) taking them off at night. My foot is much improved, not healed, but better. I'm very happy I tried these and do recommend them.Other comments I've read in reviews included and overly tight fit and the sleeves rolling up while wearing them. Here are my thoughts on these two comments. If your foot is more than a one E in width, you may want to try a size up from what the chart suggests. I think the size is more important to match to the width of your foot than the length. These are tight/supportive and took some effort for me to get on. The only time I had a problem with the sleeve rolling up was as I pulled a sock on over it. Yes, they are thin enough to fit most shoes while still wearing a normal sock. If you are wearing a loose shoe that allows your foot to slide front and rear, I could see them rolling up in that situation. As I've already said, I had no problems.I purchased two pair/4 total socks. There is no right and left. All 4 were identical. I have washed and dried all 4 at least twice now, regular cycle cold and delicate in the dryer. I have not noticed any change in them. I should also say that I've been taking ibuprofen 3 times a day with meals. I've also been rolling my foot around on tennis & spikey balls, and stretching. These are not a magic pill. I do believe that they helped my foot though. Not sure what else to share here... I can't say that this brand is better than others, as I didn't try any others and have no basis for comparison. I had foot pain the last couple years from over exercising and not giving my body enough rest. a couple weeks ago, I was pressure spraying one of my parents hog barns and I couldn't stomp the big chunks of pig poop through the concrete because my foot was so sore and stiff. I was walking funny at work because as the day went on, my foot would get so stiff and sore I just couldn't stand walking on it. I would wake up with no pain in my foot, but my foot would be sore and stiff around the time I got out of the shower. I was mixing as many over the counter pain killers as I could to keep the pain under control just to make it through the work day.I ordered these sleeves thinking that they probably wont work, but I was willing to try anything to get the pain killers out of my life. I have been using these sleeves for a little under a week. Today is the first day in 2 years that I went the whole day with zero foot pain.

Excellent product. I am a disabled vet with fallen arches and other foot damage who now works on his feet a lot. These can and are worn all day and feel great. My 9 year old daughter plays travel softball and basketball pretty much year round but has been struggling badly with sever's disease. Almost every game we have to pull her early because she is in so much pain. I looked into a bunch of different things to try and eliminate or subside the pain. I came across these and figured if they don't won't, it's only $15 down the drain. My daughter absolutey loves these and the pain is non existent when she wears them. We played a basketball scrimmage without them and she didn't even make it to halftime. She wore these to her 1st game and was in almost the entire game and felt great afterwards. If you have a child with Sever's or any other foot issue, do NOT even hesitate to buy these. I am actually about to buy a 2nd pair right now. And for reference, my daughter wears a size 3y sneaker and the size small fits great.

My husband is suffering from plantar fasciitis for a long time, he tried so many different socks but none of them did the job. Those socks are awesome my husband loves them, because they are longer they are covering the foot almost to the toes and that makes them so comfortable, keep the foot very stable his pain level improved tremendously. Almost to none. He also wears them to sleep. We ordered two more pairs. He highly recommend them.

Didn't think these would do anything. Purchased 2 pair, one for me and one for hubby. We were both sceptical but after only ONE day, we both felt a huge improvement. I wear both at once even though one foot has very mild PF. But hubby only wears one on the bad foot. He said toe pain was gone and heel pain was greatly reduced. I agree. I also wear them to bed sometimes if my pain is worse than normal and it helps.

These compression socks work very nicely. This is my first experience with compression wear. I've developed Plantar Fasciitis in one foot which caused considerable discomfort while fitness walking. This sock has virtually eliminated the pain. As described, they are comfortable enough to wear all day, although I typically do not need to do so. They are also easy to get on, compared to stories I've heard about similar items.

These compression sleeves are the best I've had & have tried more than a dozen different brands. These sleeves really worked after using them now for awhile. I no longer have the pain on my heels after work & after playing a couple of rounds of golf. The Sellers cared about their products & customers. They were on top of a minor delivery issue & rectified the problem immediately. I will truly recommend these sleeves & will be buying a few more pairs soon.
