Genuine Honda part.
Does not include gaskets or the plastic cap that covers the top mounted wiring harness. I used the ones from the old carb. I bought two for each of my generators. First one took 25 minutes to install (I took my time) .Second one took 8 minutes. I'm not particularly mechanically inclined. Both gensets run like the day I first bought them.

Super easy install, runs like new. Be careful when removing old carb to not damage the intake gasket, have to reuse.

Works perfect....
After owning a EU2000i for about five years i never had carburetor problems. I always ran it out of fuel after each use and stored it correctly over the winter time. Until last winter when i forgot to treat and run the generator dry before about four months of storage. The carburetor didn't run properly and had the carb. rebuilt. However, just as a lot of people will tell you, rebuilding one is not full-proof. The generator never did run right after the rebuild so I finally purchased this new one. Installed it in about 15 minutes. Cranked it up and now it run just like new. So glad I purchased this. Now off to the summer time softball tournaments with my awning and a couple of fans I plan on running with this whisper quite generator!

10 min install and surge is gone.
My Honda EU2000i is over 10 years old. One day it started to surge and would only run smoothly if I half choked it or ran the generator with Eco mode off.. Bought this OEM carb along with 2 gaskets and installed everything with ease in 10 minutes. Now the generator runs nice and smooth like the day I bought it!

Pricey but excellent.
Identical to old carb. Sealed honda box. Installed and now runs great.Old part would not run without choke part-way on and ran rough. Would not crank in fuel saver mode. Now runs and cranks fine. Now to switch to non- ethanol gas.

Bolted right up. Exact replacement for the carburetor on my eu2000i. Very happy
