Better than the expensive pillows from mattress stores. The 3 positions work for me and actually in the side sleeping position takes pressure off the ear and really produces better sleep. The design is good and construction is good.

I ordered this pillow because I am starting to have neck issues and I wake up with neck pain. I had ordered a pillow just like this from another seller but it lacks in quality compared to this one. After sleeping on this pillow for 2 nights now, my neck pain has gotten a lot better and I hope that after sleeping with it for a longer time that I won’t have any pain at all.The cooling on this pillow is not too strong but, it has subtle effect and I can certainly feel it at night. It’s just the right amount of firmness and softness.

It's a nice pillow, but unfortunately, as a side sleeper I just couldn't get comfortable on it.

I can't believe that I found this pillow. During the past 20 years I have purchased at least 65 or more pillows. I have serious migraines that are triggered by my neck. This pillow is not to high or too low Not too firm or too soft. I will be ordering another to ensure that I won't have to search when this one is worn out.

I am notoriously picky about the pillow I use. The pillow I had been using for nearly 10 years started to degrade and excrete sticky gel from several areas and I had no choice but to find a new one.This was the 3rd pillow I tried and the only one I've stuck with so far. The shape is very odd and unconventional but ultimately does fit well against the side of my head when I'm sleeping. There is a small concavity specifically made to avoid putting pressure on your ear, which is an extra bonus for me as I wear earbuds to bed every night.While this pillow does generally feel cool, I would say it is less effective at that than other pillows I've been trying out recently. One small gripe is that this pillow seems to slide out of every pillowcase I put it, regardless of the size or shape. Not sure why that happens but it is slightly annoying.Overall, I'm happy with this pillow and I'll keep using it until I find a better option.

Most pillows only provide one head spot. This almost provides 3, but no neck support for the sides. It is soft. I enjoy it, but it is not my go to pillow.

I had another memory foam pillow and it was hard. I was not fond of it at all. But this one. Oh, it is so comfortable. It might be small but I feel it is worth it. I gave it four stars cause For me it doesn't prevent me from sweating.

I’ve tried a bunch of these cervical support pillows and never found one that works quite right for me. Most of the tine they are either too hard and feel like I’m lying on a rock, or they are too big and don’t fit properly behind my head and neck. This pillow seems to be made just for me. My head fits neatly in the dip in the middle and provides good support for both my head and neck without feeling hard or rigid. There’s just enough give to it to make it feel soft beneath my head. It even feels comfortable if I turn onto my side and sleep, making it versatile as well. I never thought I’d like one of these pillows, but I do like this one and will probably use it regularly.
