Item is something I've purchased before in a larger version. I love the smell, the lather and the all around soap itself.

I started using this soap back around 1998. Loved it in hot weather. Peppermint oil and a/c is a great thing when the heat is high and the humidity is oppressive. It's been some time since I've used the peppermint one, (I use the Tea tree now) and it seems less pepperminty than I remember, its gonna lose a star because of that. Less coolness and tingling. It's still cooling, just not AS cooling. It's a good soap that lasts a long time since you don't have to use alot to get the job done. I know he passed away years back, and i didn't have the soap for a long time. So maybe the new owners changed the formula or something.

Best stuff ever. Wash hair, body, sink, floors , face etc. gentle and us wonderful for washing clothes

This is strong scented an you need just a few drops to get a thick lather. No artificial color’s, no artificial scents, no SLS, incredibly strong mint. Great for if you have a cold or your sinuses are clogged. Another use is put a couple drops in a spray bottle an spray around your door ways, out around your patio an the bugs wont go near you as they don’t like peppermint. You may want to buy the gallon size if you have a big family ( not body size ) lots of kids as you’ll get more for your money an a gallon will last much longer. Yes i would buy again, but in the much larger size!

I started using this product when someone told me that mosquitoes and bugs hate it. I shower with it every day and have not had one mosquito bite or bug bite this year. I’ve always liked Dr. Bonners products and this soap lives up to their great reputation. The scent is light enough that I can still wear my own perfume without it clashing but the mosquitoes can obviously smell it and they stay away!
