Download the APP "Viidure", turn on the dash cam's WiFi, and connect your phone.

Q: Q2: Do I need to purchase a separate wired kit to use the parking monitor feature?

If you want to enable the 24-hour parking function, an ACC hard wire kit can solve the problem (Our dashcam does not come with an ACC hard wire kit. If you need one, please contact our after-sales to get it.)

Q: Q3: Do I need to purchase an additional memory card? What is the maximum memory card capacity this dash cam supports?

Our dash cam comes with a 64GB memory card included, and can support up to a maximum of 256GB.

Q: Q4: Where can I find help if I don’t know how to install the dash cam?

Please don’t worry! Our after-sales service team offers 24-hour support, and we also have tutorial videos to guide you through the installation.

Q: Q5: Why cannot my phone connect to the wifi in the dash cam?

Due to a small number of compatibility issues, if the APP and dash cam are unable to connect, please switch off your phone’s cellular data first and then try again. Read the APP user manual for more details or contact ORSKEY support team.

Q: Q6: Does the A12 allow locking an incident video while driving (is there a specific button for it)?

Yes. You can press the "Menu" button, and then a yellow flashing light will appear in the upper left corner, indicating that the video is locked.

Q: Q7: Can I view live footage when i'm away from the car?

No, live viewing requires a SIM card for network access, which this model does not support, the dashcam's WIFI is hub-based and can only be used for data transmission, not for internet connectivity.

Q: Q8: Does the dash camera always need to be charged?

Yes, the car camera should remain plugged into the car's cigarette lighter for continuous operation. The internal battery has limited capacity and is used only for backup power.

Q: Q9: Is it a wireless camera? Can I connect the rear camera without a cable?

No, the ORSKEY A12 4K dash cam requires a wired connection for power support, and the rear camera must be connected to the dash cam with cords.

Q: Q10: If the Dashcam APP "Viidure" can't connect to WiFi or for a stead WiFi connection what should I do?

Allow all app permissions (photos, location, WLAN, cellular), disable VPN/Bluetooth/security apps, and stay within 3m of the dashcam. Disconnect CarPlay/Android Auto when use Viidure app. If issues persist, reset dashcam, reinstall app or find us.
