This is easy to use on my wrist, easier than the traditional arm cuffs. It works very simply, I can turn off the voice, and save up to 99 readings. Excellent to keep on hand along with my Pulse Oximeter at my age and health!

The monitor is easy to carry on the wrist, but when my mom tried to use it, it wasn't as accurate as she thought, since she went to the doctor afterward and the result was different. There wasn't a good instruction either. The information was hard to follow and know what the screen is presenting and to understand the information.

This is definitely easy to use. It’s a good value for money, especially if you’re looking for something you can throw in your purse or bag to take with you. The quality is OK. I would say in this case you get what you pay for. For me, it was a good buy. I just needed something I could put in my purse when I needed it. It is very bright orange and the case stays together somewhat. It does click together, but it’s stuffed in there so the case comes apart sometimes. I have a regular meter and this one. This one tends to run a little higher than the other meter, so I take that into consideration. It’s not much of a difference though. You can set the volume level, but it is kind of loud and annoying. I like it for my purpose. It is soft.

This is a decent solution if it works for you. It doesn't work for me but does for my wife.Tested by comparing to a confirmed accurate Omron arm-cuff style blood pressure monitor.Pros:+ Once you understand how to measure with this, it can be very accurate if used correctly and your body is compatible+ The readings for my wife were spot on compared to an Omron arm-cuff every time+ you can see your last 10 readings and an average+ Can record history for 2 separate peopleCons:- Not the most obvious of devices to use.- READ THE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO MEASURE otherwise the results can be wrong/inconsistent. The unit seems to be very sensitive to how you position the monitor when it's taking your pressure. The monitor has to be on the inside of your wrist, your wrist should be exactly at heart level (easiest is hold your hand over your heart).- While this worked very well for my wife, it would not give a consistent reading on me. It would range from too low to way too high (Omron: 120/75, this: 196/110). I believe it's a result of my having vascular issues with my wrists.- the voice read-out is annoying and too loud (thankfully easy to turn off)- Doesn't fit easily back in the case and the instructions do not fit in the case. The instructions are fairly important since it's not obvious how to get to the history function.After almost a half an hour my wife figured out how to make it work for her and I figured out it would never work for me. Once you figure out how to set this up, how use it, and figure out how to position your hand correctly this can work IF your body is compatible, this can work for you.It just shouldn't be that difficult.

It operates easily, seems to be right on point.

I was happy to buy something that doesn’t need batteries but ended up disappointed. My machines doesn’t work anymore and I have barely used it. I also didn’t like the fact that you can’t pull up previously recorded blood pressures.

The strap is a bit uncomfortable and I am not sure that it is fully accurate, but it does feel like it is close at least. I do really appreciate that it shows when you have an irregular heartbeat, which is one of the reasons I need to check my BP consistently.
