GAIL's Mixed Olive Sourdough Loaf, 300 g

Very impressed by this loaf. Packed with olives and has a fantastic texture to eat toasted or untoasted. I found that it keeps fresh for more than a day. It is one of the tastiest olive sourdough loaves I've ever tried and I will be buying it again as it was a hit in my household with soups (fresh and toasted, as well as in crouton format) and to make a sandwiches --the verdict is that one slice with honey mayo, a bed of rocket salad leaves, some sliced grilled aubergine, then some mozzarella and topped with Trader Joe's pepita salsa made this bread stand out.

Really enjoyed this delicious olive bread although it is a bit on the pricier side given the size of loaf and expiry date was very short. However there were plenty of olives in the bread!

The bread is amazing! Kept it in the fridge, it lasted 10 days (my husband hates olives, so I was the only one eating)! Remove it from fridge, pop it in a George Foreman grill for 2 minutes and you’ll delighted! Delicious! Not 5 stars because of open style package, not great......

Absolutely fresh and tasty, noticed people complaining that package is open mine came with bread sealed!

It was not really fresh when it arrived, so I cut and froze it immediately to keep it from going too stale too quickly. Also be very careful when eating, there was an olive pit inside the bread. Let’s just say I was very lucky I didn’t bite that hard on it!

This bread is so good.

-5 stars if I could on this item. Paid full price on 14/11/25. Use by on the 15/11/25. Hard as a Bat! Defo did not smell like sourdough. Refund refused. Make your own, guys. Cheaper, cost effective, and would taste great. I cannot comment on the taste of a Bat! It was ment to be my treat of the week.
