Item didn't arrive - Edit: Item arrived but most likely stolen
Having tried this brand from Wholefoods, I can say that this is not suitable for aged cheeses.It works well on soft/non-aged cheeses, but when you age the cheese for a few months with this, it makes the cheese have a sour & bitter aftertaste.Otherwise, it does what it says and is a useful product if making mozzarella for example.
