I would just have to say that I’ve been taking this product for about a week now. The shipping was so fast that is the real reason why I originally bought this plus I have been wanting to try and orange mango flavored keto supplement. I also like this product because it does have BC AAA in it and that does help with muscle Eggs and things like that you can use this product up to twice today and the way I mix mine is I make it in one of my Starbucks cups I just fill it up with some kind of sparkling water I add the key tones and then I also add an electrolyte supplement like my picture because when you’re on keto sis you can get dehydrated which causes headaches. I would have to say I’ve really enjoyed this product it does give me energy and mental clarity and I have noticed decreased polluting even though I’ve only been taking it for about a week I will be Buying this product again

I've hated the taste of every keto supplements I've taken but so far I actually look forward to this one lol. I've been taking as part of my pre-gym routine and I like the effects. Maintaining the actual keto diet, is another story :)

Yesterday was my first day. I drank it at 6:30am, I had energy all day and was not hungry for a real meal until 3pm. I had 2 small snacks in between. I am not a fan of the taste, I wish there was a flavorless option to mix with something else.

After regular use, even with double dosing, this item didn't workout for me to lose weight, ... However, it has a great flavor for those that are worried about the flavor, its one of the nicest tasting ones. Add a lil apple cider vinegar and it gives it a good lil tang.

I've had the product for about 30 days so far and I definitely feel like it's helped because i'm now in ketosis--wooop!! The diet has been tough to maintain (I work full time and go to school part time) but the added Bcaas is a combo I haven't seen or tried with other keto supplements and it's really helped me keep up with gym :) Definitely recommend this product!

Orange mango is the best keto supplement I've tasted so far. The BCAAs are great for a pre-workout boost, or active workout recovery, and just overall energy.
