Kingfisher SL300CP 3 mm Trimmer Line - Red

I write this review based on my decades of experience as a consumer and user of this type of productAs the winter ends and spring approaching it’s time to get prepped to deal with our daily jungle fighting.We had been using the same brand but for whatever reason it is no longer available so we will give this a try.Delivered promptly is huge wasteful packaging.Encased in plastic to supposedly allow the cable to be unwound without tangles etc.NO CHANCEThe only way to use is to anchor an end to a clothes line post or similar and then untangle until you have a length.Stored in a never ending circle just causes it to tangle as it tries to return to its as stored shape.Mage of a green shaded plastic or similar material it is made of the width appears to be fairly constant.It is strong but only when used for it’s purpose in a strummer will capabilities become known.Until then, let’s hope.Cost is not cheap for what it is but definitely better than high street garden centre prices.

Great product. Very strong. Cuts blackberry with ease.

Wasn’t Kingfisher product supplied. Hard to say how durable it is . Thickness is bigger than expected. Only time will tell if it’s any good .It’s cheap so what do you expect.

Works well in my Stihl Strimmer, good value for money compared to original line. Arrived before due date and well packed. Would recommend.

Lasts okay compared to my previous line but have not used it on anything other that grass and edging so far.
