A lot of things to like about the blood pressure monitor.It is an upper arm cuff, not a wrist cuff like a lot of home units - which I feel is much more accurate. The screen is easy to read, with large numbers - good for older people who's eyes may not be working as well as they use to work, or for anybody with a bit of vision impairment. It pumps up quickly, and is relatively comfortable on the arm.The cuff will fit most small, medium, and some large arms. For very large arms, another cuff will need to be obtained.It is quite accurate - it matched my family's two other BP machines quite closely.It is designed for 1-2 people, able to keep a record of up to 120 readings for 2. It is small and light enough to be able to easily be packed for travel. And it has the option of batter power or plug in power - a very nice option, especially for travel.We like this machine, and it will be going with us on our next trip.

My understanding about the difference between wrist and upper arm blood pressure monitors is the wrist monitor typically reflects higher results. I experience the opposite but am told by my physician husband blood pressure should always be taken at the upper arm location. I would recommend this monitor because it is very easy to use but would suggest you take it to your next doc appointment and test yourself on this at the appointment either before or after they test you and compare the results. Ensure you follow the instructions for ensuring you take your blood pressure with the cuff on the right spot and after resting for 5-10 minutes with both feet flat on the floor and you arm with the cuff at heart level. It's okay to retest on the opposite arm to see if you get a more favorable result, too.This monitor is very easy to use. Install 4 AAA batteries (not included), put the cuff on your arm and press the power button. The machine does the rest. Again, be sure to completely rest prior to testing.

The blood pressure monitor came in in an unsealed box. Upon inspection I noticed that some button are not flush with the rest of them and the screen was not protected and had some scuffs. At that moment, my expectations of the product fell lol. Why 5 stars? Well, I discovered that the unit is actually very accurate in its measurements. I compared it with the Omron I own and it showed the values of +-2 from each other. That's pretty cool! The monitor also has a voice feature, that I do not care for, but I will say the voice is pretty clear and very understandable. Even though the quality control is somewhat lacking here, the accuracy takes the cake and it is the most important thing for me. I hope it helps!

For the price of this monitor you cant really go wrong. It runs of AAA batteries, or a USB cable which is included (no batteries though). When comparing the readings on this one to another one I've been using for some time, the results were the same with little variation, making me confident in the readings this one gives. It has everything you need to get started, and the buttons and screen on the monitor are simple, big, and easy to read and understand. It comes as advertised, I'd recommend!

The Blood Pressure Monitor is going to help my wife and I keep track of things between doctor visits, and while it works very well, it is also very very very tight when it squeezes the arm.The Blood Pressure Monitor set is complete. There is the monitor box, cuff, instructions, and plug for running it that way. It also runs on and we use it on batteries. For testing we each had a single pass and both come away impressed with the accuracy. The cuff looks well made and fits well. However, we have never ever had a BP cuff squeeze either of us THIS HARD!We both give blood faithfully, have several yearly doctor check ups, and other times we have had our BP tested. Between us we have had plenty of experience with both manual and automatic BP machines and cuffs. They can be tight. But this level of tight is really very hard. So much so that both of us had our fingers go numb, tingling when done as the blood returned, and felt the discomfort of it going through the cycle of it reading our BP. Not only was the squeeze very tight, the length of time was longer than any BO reading either of us have ever experienced. So yeah, the actual experience was painful. So why the 4 stars? Honestly we don’t know. We have debated this every since we used it. We went with 3 stars because it gives what we feel is an accurate reading. But if we were to rate the cuff alone, we’d more likely go with a 1 or 2 star rating. It is painful, and we both lift weights, so our arms are in good shape. We both agree; we would never recommend this Blood Pressure Monitor for seniors or smaller people or anyone who has issues with their arm.In the end, we will use it again, we think, but it wouldn’t be our first choice.

This blood pressure monitor is very easy to use and more important for me, it is small so it is easy to take it with me when I do travel so I can keep monitoring my blood pressure without taking so much space in my suitcase, and it is very light, too.

You will need a charging brick, or you could plug it into your computer via usb port. The process is very simple and the readings are easy to see and hear. Everything appears well made. The buttons are clearly labeled, large enough to see and easy to interpret. I’m very happy with this blood pressure monitor and recommend it.
