What a cute inexpensive little thing to gift someone that just bought a new home. I bought my first house this year and as soon as I saw this I thought I need to commemorate this achievement with this little sign. I think when I move I am going to put a picture of this home in the back and then get a new one for the new home, and keep getting a new one of these each time I get a new home (which I hope isn't very often) but likely to be in the next 5 years. Super cute, solid and makes me smile when I look at it.
