P.CALM Cato Lotion - 200ml

I don't actually use this for my face. I have an oily complexion, and it didn't mesh well with my skin type after 2 hours or so of wear. I use this as a body lotion instead and it's fabulous. It's sensitive skin friendly, and it's mild to no scent makes it so much more tolerable as an all-over moisturizer. It absorbs quickly and lasts for quite some time.

This moisturizer works well. It is non-greasy and light. It keeps the skin moisturized for long enough. Good for sensitive skin. Requires only small amounts compared to standard shelf moisturizers. However, the list of ingredients is of a concern. I am not even sure why it has so many ingredients and can’t seem to understand a lot of them. I am usually weary of any product that has a long list of unknown and hard to understand ingredients. Clearly trying to hide something that is not good for skin.

I have combination acne-prone skin, and it gets extremely dry in the winters so I'm always looking for more moisturizing options that won't break me out. This one fits the bill! It comes in a nice large bottle with a flip-top lid. I have used it both mornings and evenings, and it's soothing and doesn't sting too badly at all. (I'm using active retinoids in my routine, so my skin is extra sensitive and painless moisturizers can't be avoided altogether.) It has not made me break out at all, which is a win for me.The only thing I would say is that its instructions and packaging are hard to understand. I saw several others saying they used this as a body or hand lotion, while I used it on my face. I guess it's good for all areas. If it's meant to be a face product specifically, though, it could be stated more clearly. The box it came in was also completely printed in Korean/Japanese, so I couldn't read it all. The bottle itself is printed in English, though.Overall, I like it. Great gentle moisturizer that will last me a long time due to how much is in the bottle.

I really like this lotion. I have been using some dense, full-bodied creams as part of my winter skin care routine, but now that the weather is warming up, I need something lighter. This light-weight lotion feels perfect for spring and summer. The white lotion is a translucent white and has a low viscosity, but it isn't at all runny. So when I pour a little out in my palm, there is no mess and it keeps its shape as a small dollop. It has a very smooth consistency and spreads over my skin easily. As promised, it doesn't feel sticky and it absorbs quickly with no oily residue. I don't notice any scent. My skin is very dry and sensitive and gets rough and dehydrated very easily. Once that happens, it isn't as easy to repair as it was when I was younger. So, I am always looking for products that are hydrating and also help my skin hold onto moisture. This seems to do just that, without being too rich or feeling heavy which can lead to irritation. After applying this, my skin is softer and feels hydrated and as if there is a light, protective veil on my face. I have tried a few other skin care products from P.Calm and I have found them to be effective and of high quality. This lotion is no exception and I'm happy to have found it. The price is very reasonable, especially for a bottle continuing 6.76 ounces -- this will likely last me until next fall when I switch back to my winter routine.

My profession means I'll be washing my hands repeatedly throughout the day. Even though I use the lotion the company provides after every handwash, the skin on my hands still gets irritated. Maybe the bosses aren't providing us the best stuff. So I started carrying this P.CALM Cato Lotion in my pocket and using it instead. Much better results. After four days, my hands are no longer feeling tight and dry. My skin isn't itchy and red. The lotion absorbs quickly and leaves my hands feeling smooth. I'm able to put on gloves after using the lotion without any problems. Definitely worth giving a try if your hands need some extra love.
