These things were a bust. They really don't hold anything that doesn't already want to be where you're sticking it, so any kinks or bumps in your cable will cause it to pull away after a few hours or days. Pretty useless unless you have a perfectly even cable that you're laying in a perfectly straight run, and even then I'm sure others could do a better job. Save yourself the time and money and just go straight for the nail-in or screw-in ones.

Adhesives do not work well. Cables holders pop off the wall constantly, had to buy new adhesives.
