Has some good info but the same can be found on the internet for free. Book is very short and most pages are not filled. I regret this purchase.

The author gives you an inside view of the necessary information for a food truck owner. He makes sure that you think through every item that could be an issue in starting a food truck.

Wasn't very detailed or as thoroughugh as I expected. I've read similar books and this one honestly disappointed me. I found a lot of spelling errors as well, which tells me proper time and care/effort didn't go into making this book what it should be.
