very good quality product looks extremely nice on the wheel, however it did not fit my truck as it was too narrow and couldn't get the screws in place to tighten. very happy tho as i'm using it on my car. I might even get one for my motorhome. very happy with the service provided.

Very disappointed with this product. The image gives the impression it’s solid and well made, the reality is it’s awful. While the clamp holds it solidly to the steering wheel, the spindle the knob fixes to is badly engineered - the knob just rattles around and doesn’t spin in a solid ball bearing like fashion - you can literally rattle the knob around and it wobbles all over the place, therefore, when steering it gives little confidence while using it for such a situation critical application. Personally I feel putting it in the bin rather than returning it would be more appropriate, however I want a refund. So thanks yet again Amazon, glad to see as usual you are ensuring your sellers are selling products that are fit for purpose. So much so for that great American company’s way of the customer is no.1 The question is who is the customer, the sellers or the final buyers????

I've torn a ligament in my wrist which is why I've bought this. Thankfully my car is automatic and thankfully it's my left wrist that I've wrecked. But it's just the job to keep me driving.
