This is a great heating pad. It is very large and covers my hole back. It is very light and easy to use in many different ways. It’s super soft and the heat levels are great. I would recommend this heating pad to everyone. Great!!

This heating pad is awesome, it has really high heats, and good lower temperatures too. The fabric is really soft and makes it really comfortable to sit on. It is also huge! Which is great when your upper and lower back is sore. I would definitely buy again.

Update: I contacted the seller and they were quick to respond with troubleshooting tips and ultimately resolved the issue. Great customer serviceWorked great for a couple of months and then started blinking “8” and wont heat. I tried troubleshooting and that did not resolve the issue. Can the seller please contact me?

I absolutely love this large heating pad! The quality is excellent, and it has been a game-changer for me. I previously owned a smaller heating pad that worked well for stomach cramps, but its size was limiting. This one, however, is large enough to wrap all the way around my stomach, providing complete and soothing comfort.It’s also perfect for backaches or simply relaxing sore back muscles. I can lay it flat on the bed, lie down on it, and it covers my entire back effortlessly. Unlike many heating pads that don’t get warm enough, this one provides just the right temperature settings. It's a little early to rate this product, but Amazon wants us to rate products as quickly as possible. For some products, that makes sense. So I'm giving this a probationary rating of 5 stars. I've used it once, and it worked well. A half hour before bedtime, I plugged it in, put it on the highest setting (6), and set it to shut off after 1/2 hour. It shut off after 1/2 hour and the bed was cozy. I set it aside on a chair, as I don't like to sleep with electric devices in bed.The highest setting was pretty warm, not as hot as my ancient heating pad that could probably cook a turkey, but warm enough to be very comfortable. It would be too warm to sleep at that temperature all night. If I were to use it as a lap robe while I sit and read on cold days, I would probably want it set at around 3, maybe 4. So far, so good. Will revise this review if things go sideways.

I love the size, and the softness! BUT I was laying on it one evening before I decided to get up to go take a bath and in the mirror, I noticed significant red marks (mimicking the heat element of the pad) down my entire back. From shoulders to buttocks. It was then that I realized I probably had it on too high of a heat setting and started paying more attention to what level I could tolerate. I was kinda surprised that I could only tolerate it on level 1 since I am a one of those millennials that sleep with an emotional support heating pad every night on high. Today when I was changing my bedding I noticed that it melted the mattress protector and our mattress 🥴 so I came here to see if there were any other reviews with similar issues and I see there are a couple others. Not sure if this is a defective heating pad or a regular occurrence with this particular brand of heating pad.

It was great at first, but only lasted 2 months. Loved the size of this heating pad. It definitely got way to hot passed level 2. After having it for 2 months, turned it on, and it started flashing an 8 on the screen. I looked up the brand, did some troubleshooting. It was an over heat protection warning. I did all the things it told me to do to fix the issue and it still will not work. I believe this heating pad just gets way to hot and will quit working pretty quickly. Even using it on a low level.
